Ensemble Makedonka
CHOREOGRAPHERS
Choreographer
Peter Ziskos
Peter Ziskos has been apart of Ensemble Makedonka for over 20 years. He has loved promoting the Macedonian community throughout his many years as a dancer. Growing up, Peter was highly influenced by his grandfather, Alex Petlichkov, founder of Ensemble Makedonka whom inspired his dance career and leadership for the group. Peter used to watch Makedonka practices as young as 3 years old, while his mom and uncle danced and led the family-led group. Continuing his grandfather's legacy has been an important factor in Peter's life. He is excited to share his knowledge for Macedonian song and dance for future generations to come.
